Of course, you are also only a short bike- or tram-ride away from your own private-access beach. The white sandy beach and captivating estuaries of Pelican Bay are second to none!

Your beach experience includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas with casual or fine dining as well as a full bar and several flat screens to catch your favorite team. At sunrise, free coffee awaits along with an exercise class if you so desire. As the day unfolds you can canoe, kayak or sail with a waive of your membership card. You can dine and watch the sun set or just sit at the water's edge and watch the sky paint radiant pictures.

You will very rarely need your car while staying in our condo. You are only a short walk to the grocery and drug stores; coffee and ice cream shops; restaurants and spa; gift and clothing shopping; and even the local library. The North Beach Community Center is right next to L'Ambiance, with a complete business center, equipped with several computers and printers, an art room with supplies, and several beautiful and comfortable reading areas. Guest lecturers speak throughout each month and a myriad of activities takes place daily in this beautifully appointed center.
