We are disappointed to see this 2/10 review, especially given the steps we took to resolve the situation and ensure the guests could still enjoy their vacation. Unfortunately, the air conditioning at the original home experienced an unexpected issue during the stay. Rather than asking the guests to wait for the repair, we immediately relocated them to another home and upgraded them to a property that was approximately $1,500 more in value—at no additional cost to the guests. Once the AC issue at the original home was resolved, we also gave the guests the option to return to their original property if they preferred. They chose to remain in the upgraded home, and we were happy to accommodate that request. While we sincerely regret that the guests initially experienced an AC issue, we believe we handled the situation promptly and went above and beyond to minimize the inconvenience. We provided a significant complimentary upgrade and additional flexibility to ensure they could continue their vacation comfortably. We always take guest concerns seriously and work hard to make things right when unexpected issues arise. In this case, we are disappointed that the considerable efforts made to resolve the situation were not reflected in the review.
