Yoni - This review is unfortunate. You originally had said when you booked that you were not bringing your service animal. Then the day before your check-in, you said you were bringing it. Given enough notice, we happily would have found a pet-friendly home as an alternative. The owner simply can’t have dogs in the home. We manage 75 homes in the area, many of which are dog-friendly. This one is not. Owners are not required to allow animals into their homes if doing so could cause them or their family members harm. This is an owner-occupied home, not a full-time rental, so the laws do not apply the same way. As you know, we explained all of that to you and provided some alternatives, all of which you rejected. I’m sorry you felt wronged by this stance, and that you didn’t get to experience the kind of 5-star guest stays our 1000’s of rental guests (many of whom are valued Military veterans) have come to expect from us over the past 6 years. If you give us a chance to make it up to you next time you’re here, we’ll find you the perfect dog-friendly Annapolis home. We thank you for your service! God Bless. Sean, iTrip Annapolis
