Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

In regards to checking out, there’s no need to strip the beds as it is easier on me if you just leave them so I can wash them as I go.

I just ask that you put all used towels in the washing machine, no need to start it.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fantastic property. Just as advertised. Our family of seven (2 dogs) came down for the horse races. The owner was kind enough to inform us about the famous St. Patrick’s Day parade. The kids loved the hot tub and the fire pit.

Absolutely beautiful home. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This place was very clean & well stocked. The hot tub was just the right added touch to help us relax and enjoy our vacation. What makes this property unique

This property is unique in the sense that I try to keep it super clean, extra comfortable yet affordable! I always provide Hazelnut and Italian Cream cream for your coffee along with some waters in case you get in late. The hot tub is always clean!!!
