This beachside retreat has the perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm with 5 bedrooms (3 with private balconies), a wrap around porch with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. The large, open floor plan includes a gas fireplace, oversized kitchen island, and a large outdoor table/chairs, perfect for preparing meals and hosting guests. 8 beach passes are included; walking distance to restaurants and local shops.

Home includes 5 bedrooms:
#1 - Queen bed with desk (standing desk); en-suite with shower
#2 - Queen sofa bed / lounge area - great for kids space!
#3- Bunkbed with trundle - Full / Twin / Twin (trundle) with private balcony (ocean view)
#4 - Master bedroom with king bed, en-suite with shower only and private balcony (ocean view)
#5- Bunkbed with trundle - Full / Twin / Twin (trundle), en-suite with bath/tub, private balcony

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before leaving the property, please clean all your dishes and put all trash in the proper garbage bin.
Please lock all the doors (see the instructions provided for the front door) and place the key back into the lock at the back door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An adult must be present for all swimmers under the age of 18. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No prom, high school, college students. Only adults over the age of 30 at all times. You will not be allowed access to the house and NO refunds.
No loud music or parties allowed. House is located in a quite neighborhood.

The house is absolutely stunning! The layout is perfect for multiple families, and the pool and outdoor space were ideal for the kids. The location was excellent: very close to the beach, shops and restaurants in walking distance, and the boardwalk is a 10 minute drive.
