We had a great weekend at Julie’s home on Tuckerman - location was amazing - house was just like pics if not better!House was fully stocked with everything we needed for our fall weekend including xtra comforters to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the ocean views!We had 6 adults spanning 3 generations - all had plenty of space and room to spread out and still be together for Newport Marathon Weekend - would 100% stay again!!!

Our family of five had a fabulous stay over Memorial Day weekend.We were there to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation and we can't recommend it highly enough for location and clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen, bed/bath. We would return in a heartbeat!

Everything about this home was fantastic! Julie goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect vacation. We so enjoyed the views of the ocean from the deck - the perfect spot for morning coffee and dinner and cocktails at sunset. Keeping the blinds open at night so you can see the flag waving above 1st beach was a beautiful sight. We also loved the outdoor shower after a day at Second beach and a short walk to Clemmie’s for delicious ice cream! The home was super clean and comfortable! Thanks for a truly great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with water views! Close to all the Newport area has to offer. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Excellent communication with the host. I highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Newport! The property was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with ease, and the bathrooms were just as thoughtfully equipped with plenty of essentials.It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space and making sure guests have everything they need. The attention to detail really stood out and made our stay feel effortless and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Newport!

Annual Trip with Kids

Great property with all the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining children. Simple access to the beach which allows cold and rainy days to be beach days as well. Julie was very helpful from trip planning to check out.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything we needed for our 14-month-old — a perfect crib, high chair, and plenty of baby-friendly supplies, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The furnishings were comfortable and practical, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids!

It was really awesome stay . The Host is exceptionally nice and helpful. She was always responsive and proactive ex, the route to the house , near by spa etc . House was extremely clean and all essential items were there.

great family fun!

We had the best time at this property. It was stocked with everything stated on the web site and the house was very clean. It is a perfect location for beach, food and in town fun. We could not have had a better time and it was because the rental was so easy and relaxing.

Amazing stay in a fabulous location

The owner was very flexible with our check-in plans and the house was very clean, comfortable and included all the necessary amenities for a long weekend stay. We were 7 adults and two children, and house was great for kids too. Location to the beach was ideal and downtown Newport is a short uber ride away. Highly recommend and a very relaxing stay

Amazing week

This house and location are incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked, every beach item you could want is available, there are plenty of toys games and gear for kids and babies, the list goes on and on. We had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous - looks even better than photos!

My friends and I had the perfect getaway weekend in Newport! Julie's house is absolutely lovely... And we love to cook big dinners and brunches and her kitchen really did come fully equipped. I highly recommend staying here, and I'm sure that I'll be back again in the summer!

WONDERFUL HOME!

My friends and I stayed at the house for a long weekend and it was fabulous! The house was big, clean, fully stocked and steps from the beach. Julie is a wonderful host and lives next door in case you need anything. We all decided that we want to go back again next year!

Marathon Home

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owner. Amazing location for us given the marathon route when right by our driveway at the midpoint. Couldn’t have been any better and know this would be a perfect summertime spot. Very short walk to beach and dining options so park your car when you arrive and leave it until you check out.

Perfect!!!!!!

This rental property was absolutely perfect for our "Girls Weekend" getaway! The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We walked to the beach every day and Newport nightlife & shopping was only a short cab ride away. It was a very memorable weekend and we thank the owner for her flexibility & her hospitality.
