Great Place, Great Location, above a restaurantOverall we had a wonderful experience, in a truly prime location on the island. The Cisco Suite Penthouse is brand new and really well done. Be aware, that being in the heart of the town and above a restaurant there will be noise, noticed most in the morning as the clean up around 7 - 8 am in the morning. We probably will look for another place next time, but truly great location for the city, and really well done build/renovation.

It was a lovely suite, very nice finishes and appliances. It was tough bringing all of our luggage up the stairs and the garbage trucks come early in the morning but we had a fun stay. William was very nice to work with.

A brand new, well located option with great amenities

No detail has been missed in terms of outfitting this apartment. As everything was brand new, there were a few hiccups, but the property manager was really responsive. Two of the bedrooms were quite small, but it was nevertheless very comfortable. What wasn’t that clear from the description is that this is above the Brotherhood of Thieves tavern, which came with early morning garbage pickup, which was a little annoying. But the flip side is that it was so well located in town, near so many restaurants and shops and all that makes Nantucket so special.
