Beautiful cabin in a quiet setting. The location was perfect for a short drive to Devil's Fork State Park for an early morning charter on lake Jocassee and returned to spend the rest of the day on the dock and swimming in lake Keowee.
This is a very nice place with a beautiful dock in Lake Keowee. It is clean and as advertised. It has a small kitchen with limited counter space and a double bed in the master so plan accordingly. Would definitely stay here again!!
This was our return visit, we enjoy the private lake setting, ease of docking our boat and rustic feel of the property. The newly paved roads are nice, I hope the new development doesn't infringe upon this very nice lake cottage.
WOWWe loved our stay here!! The house was amazing and the AC worked amazingly for the week. The dogs LOVED the fenced in porch and spent most of their days lazing around the porch. The dock and the cove couldn't be better! We love to unwind away from the masses and this place delivered without being too far away from groceries. The beds were small but we all slept like babies the entire time. I really do not have a complaint at ALL with this place. We are already planning our next visit next summer.
We had a great time and the house and dock were perfect for a couple of nights away. The location was easy to get to and lake access was close by. Not having WiFi was great for this trip but I would make this a more regular location if I could also work remotely while on vacation.

Thank you, Andrew! We enjoyed having you. We are trying to address the WiFi situation but at this time, there is still no reliable provider in the area. I check every year. There is one company but their service is very poor so it won't work there either.
Perfect get away before back to school for this teacher and her family. Very private. We enjoyed swimming in the Lake and the dog LOVED jumping off the dock! I only wish we could afford to stay longer.
The cottage was a great place to stay on the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. It would be a bit “cozy” with more than 4 people. If you have children take some bread down to the floating dock and feed the fish. The cottage is located on a protected cove which is nice. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which was great. We’ve stayed in VRBOs where what was on the holder was what there was, it was partial, and we had to go out and buy more. We’d definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much! We look forward to your return!
Quick easy process and host . We absolutely loved our time there. We saw lots of deer around the house, caught some fish, and simply decompressed. What a great little piece of paradise. My wife and I would highly recommend for some quiet time away. My son had his boat, so we got to ride around the lake and see all the beautiful houses and scenery. We will definitely be back

Thank you for such a lovely review! We look forward to your return!
The property was great. We loved the privacy of the home. The lake water was so clean and warm. I enjoyed the little hiking trail. The deck is completely fenced in which was perfect for our dog. The inside of the house was very clean and inviting. The outside could use some extra love. (Lots of cobwebs). Very nice stay would like to return

Thank you so much, Sue! We do hope you will return soon. Our maintenance man came in behind you today, cleaned the gutters and took down the cobwebs! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!
The property was so beautiful and cozy! Nestled in the woods and so secluded, the inside also was so quaint! The property doesn’t have WiFi with some spotty service but it made for an unplugged weekend! The entrance / the drive to the property once in the neighborhood was a long gravel road, which I didn’t expect and I had a jet ski trailer however other than that it was great!
