Loved the location, 7 minute drive to Manasota Beach. Property management was very proactive and immediately addressed the minor inconveniences that arose the first day.

Awesome home

This home seems to be new construction very well appointed. Nice tall ceilings. The showers were awesome. I am a taller guy and everything.It is taller, so it fits me well. Nice quiet neighborhood if you're looking for a place to relax.

The house was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, including items for enjoying the beach. The location was convenient and close to local attractions and amenities.During our stay, there were ongoing issues with the plumbing and water system. The water had a salty taste and appeared yellow, and there were also drainage concerns. The tub in the Jack-and-Jill bathroom did not drain properly, which made bathing children challenging.The property management team was communicative throughout our stay; however, the water-related issues were not resolved during our visit.Aside from the water situation, we enjoyed our time at the property.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. Place was very nice and clean. I wouldn’t call this a 4 bedroom home however. The forth room is more of an office, no privacy door and the pull out sofa bed was absolutely atrocious. Cannot sleep on it at all! So old and worn my back is hurting today. So that was bid of a problem. Also the WiFi went out during our stay. No internet or TV for half day or so. Otherwise it’s pretty peaceful, clean and nice home .
