The two bedrooms one bathroom unit feature a room with Mountain view,black-out blinds, in-unit washer/dryer,coffee bar,dining are & outdoor deck sitting
We are no more than 15-20 minutes from airport depending on road conditions, ANMC hospital (10 min) Walmart (3 min), Starbucks (5 min) and many nearby restaurants..

Inacurate property description and Safety Concerns

Positives about our stay - 1 - neighborhood was quiet and unit was clean Safety concerns as listed: 1 - no anti-scald device for the hot water - my son burned his hand (minor burn and he is fine), I almost burned my hand as well 2 - no anti-slip mat or strips in the tub in which my husband and I both almost fell at least once 3 - the host left electric heaters in every room in the unit to use as they are apparently aware it is cold in there - I refuse to electric heaters as they are a safety concern in my opinion Other personal issues with the property: 1 - no additional bedding or linens so it was very cold. Regarding linens, they gave us 4 towels for 4 people for 4 nights - I believe in hanging towels up to dry but it would have been nice to have some extra's 2 - 'designated parking' was an issue 3 - Not quiet at all, kids were running around upstairs (host's family) and either dropping things or crying/screaming well beyond 'quet time' 4 - No mtn view from any window in unit 5 - Slippers provided were disgusting and used prior 6 - cheap furnishing everywhere throught 7 - closets were not usable as they were off track or hinges 8 - no broom/dustpan available 9 - no drying rack available 10 - hottub was on listing when I booked but then host said it was closed and not on listing because of that - I wouldn't have come prepared to use it had it not been on the original listing 11 - lack of description for entering unit was a pain to get in - 2 doors both with keyless devices

Hello Vivian, We are sorry to hear about all the things you listed above. We wish you called our attention to ANY or all of this during your stay. Our property does not list hot tub, so I am not sure where that is coming from. You went to the backyard and opened our hot tub and saw it was not in a working condition and asked me if you could use it. I answered, it is not working right now, which is why we did not list it on the property. That was the only thing you inquired about throughout your 4-night stay with us. Our children go to bed nightly at 9pm, but during your stay they were not even home for 3 nights because it was fourth of July weekend and we had plans. Your review came as a surprise to us! might I add, we provided 3 slippers for 3 adult guests, and they were new. The laundry room has mop, broom, packer, laundry soap, bleach, etc. in it for our guest convenience. We truly took out time to plan what we as a family would have needed if we were in someone else's Airbnb/VRBO. We want you to know that if you had requested for anything within our capability, we would have granted it. You damaged our curtain rod, you informed us and denied it, we sent you a charge for it (which you declined to pay). We believe this must have been why you are displeased after spending 4 nights without a single complaint. Remain blessed!

It was awful.The key code sent to my email,we could not get in.On the original post (before she edited after our stay)it said there was a hot tub.Main reason we booked this place.When I asked her about it she said no.I said that fine.My Mother and her boyfriend showed up before me,I didnt get off work till 2am and then headed out with my husband and 1 year old,8 hour drive.She knew all of this prior to our arrival.I was not updated that my brother had a medical emergency and ended up staying(he is 15).The original post did not say anything about quiet hours. On the original listing it also said smoke free, typically that means within the building.My mom smokes tobacoo and was smoking at the end of the driveway on the street.My sons first time in a new environment after being in the car 8 hours,yes he is going to be a little cranky.We took him to the park up the street to get out his extra energy.The host calls and says we owe her an extra $500 for the 15 year old and 1 year old.She also informed us there is no smoking on the property,we apologized and said we would pay for the extra person and she said ok,everything seemed fine.We returned to the house from the park,gave my son a bath,put him to bed. Once asleep my husband/I took a walk to the trail we saw earlier.We never get alone time anymore,while my mom was there watching a movie before bed and was able,we did.While we were gone 30min,she kicked us out,called the cops.We finally found a place at 6am.Hostchargedusfullamou
