The spiral staircase adds a touch of elegance, leading you to cozy bedrooms that promise restful nights.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the loft, including a digital lock entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out. The property comes with a dedicated parking space in the garage, adding convenience to your stay. Please note that the garage space fits one COMPACT car. It is a very narrow space, approx 5ft wide.

The Santa Fe Depot and County Center/Little Italy Trolley Station are within walking distance, providing quick access to major attractions via bus and trolley lines. With a private parking space included, you also have the flexibility to explore the city by car.

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction across the street between the hours of 7am-7pm.

Due to the busy downtown area, there also may be noise from the street and surrounding area. It is the nature of downtown. If you are looking for a completely quiet area, this may not be the place for you.
