Georgian Bay 3 Bedroom Chalet - Annan, Ontario

Beautiful Sunsets, crystal clear water, 3 bedroom chalet on Georgian Bay with 3 piece bath. 15 mins from downtown Owen Sound for shopping etc. Hardwood floors throughout so u don't have to be afraid to wear your shoes in the cottage. What a cottage should be warm and inviting. Master bedroom on 2nd floor overlooks Georgian Bay with Queen Bed. Second bedroom includes Queen bed on main floor . Third bedroom upstairs has bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Features 42 LED TV and dvd player, satellite , gas BBQ, canoe, stand up paddle board, kayak, swing set, foosball. Stone shore with gradual slope into bay. Sand area at beach, private and quiet. Walking Trails. Cottage DOES NOT have wifi on purpose so you have to go "old school" and talk to people. Due to geography of land, cell phone service is limited. Call anytime. 1 Family only. Pets are welcome if looked after. No dangerous wildlife such as bears or rattlesnakes. During the months of June 15th on, July and August minimum 1week rental. Cottage available until October and spring rental begins beginning of June. Closed from October to June. COTTAGE IS NOT WINTERIZED
