Enjoy Kentucky Derby 2025 in this gorgeous home filled with comfort and amenities. This spacious house was lovingly remodeled with high-end finishes and original artwork for an experience of casual elegance. Although the track is only 12 miles away, the area is peaceful with mature trees and privacy. The house is located in the East End of Louisville, a locals-only spot with great shopping and dining. Our large deck is perfect for relaxing with wine after the track.

Unwind after a day at the track in this custom, gorgeous home filled with many places to relax. You can count your winnings in the living room, TV room, hearth room, or deck. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate your Derby trip.
