Approximately 2600 ft2 The house is perched on one of the highest points in Ditch Plains with stunning ocean views. Renovated just a few years ago, includes a front and back deck, with a private yard.

Bikes, beach chairs and coolers all provided. Minutes to charming and quaint down town Montauk.

Place was very clean; roomy layout was great - we had 6 people including kids and the layout allowed us to spread out pretty comfortably. It’s about 13 min walking distance to the Ditch Plains beach (google map confirmed it as well) - not as close as the listing description which said 9 min walking distance to the beach. But still walkable. The Ditch Plains beach is very nice and has shallower water and isn’t very rocky. PM was quite responsive - we didn’t receive check in information from VRBO but PM helped provide that info on time quickly on time when called. There was also a toilet issue initially but resolved very quickly. PM was able to address concerns quickly and we appreciate that very much. Overall it’s a very nice stay.
