Hi John: I'm sorry you were disappointed that there was no TV or microwave. That is part of our "get away" philosophy and in the Amenities section of the listing these are *not* selected as part of the offering. I did mention to you when I met you that we had two new chairs on order to replace the temporary ones that were there. Sorry if they weren't up to expectation. I'm not sure what you were referring to that the carpets were dangerous and would appreciate you letting me know as we don't want any accidents. For the record, we have consistently had all 5* star reviews and several exceeding that (e.g. 100/10) with one exception due to a temporary internet outage. We do welcome you back again with new chairs and an improvement on the carpets. Your group were great folks and I enjoyed my interactions with them and you. Take care, Graham

Bonjour Daniel : Merci pour vos aimables paroles. It was a real pleasure to have you stay with us. Cependant, je suis désolé que vous ayez pu m'entendre pendant que je travaillais sur le terrasse, car nous ne pouvons pas entendre les voix de nos invités de votre côté. Compte tenu de la relation amicale que nous avions avec vous, j'aurais pensé que vous me le feriez savoir et j'aurais volontiers déménagé au sous-sol. Je crois aussi avoir expliqué le problème que nous avons parfois avec les sols et je suis désolé que cela ait affecté votre séjour. Je m'excuse s'il y avait de la vaisselle sale car nous l'avions nettoyée avec le lave-vaisselle avant votre arrivée. Je ferai en sorte que cela ne se reproduise plus à l'avenir.

Ranjita and her family were fantastic guests. And had absolutely lovely kids who really were fun to have. Ranjita was an excellent communicator. They left The Loft in great shape. We'd love to have Ranjita and family back in the future.
