Air-conditioning, BBQs, free WiFi, free internet, washer & dryer, large fire-pit, lots of natural space plus located right in Grand Bend.
Pool is open at 8 a.m and closed at 8 p.m or by request (no later than 10 p.m.)

Located on Highway 21 South in the town of Grand Bend on 5 acres of forested land which borders on the Old Ausable Chanel.

Positioned along the rotary nature trail/sidewalk, this is one of the largest rental properties in Grand Bend with lots of room for you. Everyone walks down the trail to main street, so you don't have to pay for car parking. Lots of on-site parking available. Great family gathering spot for summer vacation, Thanksgiving or simply to unwind.

Upper-Level Adjoining Suite - 425 Square Feet
Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tiled kitchen/bathroom. The suite includes its own private entrance with an adjoining security door to the upper unit. Large bedroom with king-size bed, large 42-inch cable television and high-speed internet.
Kitchenette table for two includes microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven (equipped with dishes, cutlery and cleaning supplies). Bathroom is a half bath with shower (no bathtub). Central air conditioning throughout plus a ductless heating & cooling unit in the bedroom. Large patio with dining table adjoining the 400-sqft patio deck to the upper unit.

Absolutely no pets allowed.

No smoking or vaping allowed in buildings.

NO PARTIES. No outdoor music.
No other charges if the cottage is clean, no items missing & no damage.
Local bi-laws require no loud music or activities to be heard 25'/8m from the property after 9-pm & 50'/15m during the day. While there are occasional disruptions, please note the citation can carry a fine and will not be the responsibility of the homeowners. This location is most suited to mature guests and families. No sound systems allowed outside.
This cottage is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
For liability reasons, guests may NOT bring visitors or any others to our cottage at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered paid guests may enter the premises or be on the property. (The booking will be cancelled with no refunds & all renters evicted if requirement not followed.)
