The Space:
Comfy living space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a kitchen, dining table, living room couches, and a tv.

Guest Access:
Access is through the front door of the 4-plex and then the unit is straight down the hallway to the right. Door codes to both the front door and unit will be provided.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood in downtown anchorage. It is about 1 mile from the downtown strip of restaurants and shops.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, & Taxi's are all available at all hours of the night. Public transportation is also available in anchorage at certain times.

Other Things to Note:
We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

Great accommodations

This property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect with easy walking access to downtown. It’s in a locked building so it felt very safe. The host was responsive and eager to assist. Two thumbs up from our group. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment has everything you will need. Well supplied kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, everything in working order. Had a question & was promptly replied to. Just so you know, TV is only for streaming. Excellent location. I would definitely recommend.

Great, clean home close to downtown

We only stayed one night, but were impressed by the cleanliness and finish of the condo. Walking distance to downtown. Drive to airport was very manageable. Property manager was super responsive and accommodating of reasonable requests. Would recommend.

Anchorage downtown

The place is so well organized and clean. It had all the needed items for toiletries and kitchen. They also had a separate area for washing clothes that was shared by other units but was not an inconvenience to us. It was walking distance from downtown anchorage so we did not need a car to get to and from the rail depot as well as to downtown. The only recommendation will be to put batteries in the Brita filter as was not sure whether the filters were valid or not.
