Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping in the house, garage, lanai, or pool area. Please dispose of cigarettes in the brown trash can outside.
Rental agreement must be filled out and returned with a copy of a government issued ID.
Keep all windows and doors closed. The house heats up quickly, and critters may enter. An alarm will alert the owner if left open.
