This was a fantastic home for two families with 6 small children to share! Great fenced in backyard for the kids to run around in. The early check-in options were a life saver after driving all night. Would stay again for sure!!

Just the right house and location

5 of us attended a wedding at Bella Cosa in Lake Wales. Great location and the house had all the amenities as advertised and was better expected. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect home base

Close to Walmart and food, but secluded. The yard is fenced in and a cute back patio area. Felt very clean. The massage chair was fantastic after a 16 hour drive. Host was friendly and easygoing. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our stay!

We were very pleased with this home. It was clean and comfortable. The back yard is spacious. We all enjoyed the massage chair and the kids had fun with the video games. Would be happy to stay again.

Weekend puppy retreat

We rented house because it’s hard to find a place to stay with a 100 pound dog. And he had the best time with the big back yard and trail road next to the groves!! Also made a morning trip to Bok Towers, which was amazing and Dozer our pup loved it!!

While the first impression was not good based on the garbage spilled onto the driveway, our stay overall was great!!! The host was very responsive! There was an electrical issue, and the microwave would not work. The host had a new microwave delivered early the next morning! Very impressive! The beds were comfortable, and the home was clean!!! We just didn’t have enough towels/washcloths, and the tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t work. The “arcade” room needed some attention- the game was outdated, and it would not stay plugged in. Again, our stay was still great primarily due to the host’s responsiveness, the comfort and cleanliness! 4.5

House was adequate for our stay. Rear yard needed limb removal and grass cut. Gate for fence was in disrepair. Gameroom is not as it appears online. Arcade game was not present on property.

Home away from home

We weren't on a vacation, we were having our sewer main line repaired so we were stressed about the whole situation, but Brian made it as easy as possible! The house was comfortable for our family and pets. I work remotely and I was able to use the smaller bedroom as an office with a camping table I brought. I'm on the Whole30, which is a lot of cooking and the kitchen met my needs. The yard was my favorite part, the swing chairs were sturdy enough for my oversized backside, and every single sunset was stunning. Golden hour does not miss this spot. It was quiet and clean, and we were able to get our groceries delivered from both Kroger and Walmart. Brian was responsive and helped me extend my stay when we realized the work wouldn't be done at home. Thank you Brian! We felt at home and had everything we needed during our stay!
