For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd, 2020. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions. This is an excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping and you are literally on the beach. Management is very responsive to any issues or concerns you may have
I loved this condo! Right on the beach with comfortable patio furniture. Walking distance to restaurants. Very peaceful and convenient for my baby to enjoy the beach for his first time. Comfortable beds. Slept great each night. Will definitely come back very soon!
Condo was decorated absolutely beautiful and perfect location on the beach. Only issue is that the hallway light is on motion sensor, so you are blasted with light every time you walk through hallway. So, we had to cover light switch in order to sleep at night. If you want to be on the beach, this is the condo to rent!

Great space horrible neighbors
The location was great, the place was clean. On sight management was the only issue. The people staying next door broke all the rules, cramming 15 people in the space, creating a loud party every night. Enjoying the patio, the key to the place was ruined. Management enforced no rules and stayed out of the problem. On sight, management ruined the stay.
