Gorgeous Carpinteria State Beach is 1 block from your door, and Marsh Park Nature Preserve is equidistant. Walk to downtown cafes, restaurants, and breweries in less than 1 mile.

LIVING AREAS
Contemporary design and wood tile floors welcome you into the open-concept living space.
Unwind on the sectional while watching your favorite TV shows on the 55in TV. Cable and a PlayStation 3 add to your entertainment options.

KITCHEN & DINING
The expansive and updated kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of glossy counter space. The
French-door fridge has plenty of room for all your groceries.

Two can enjoy morning coffee at the kitchen bar, and a modern dining table offers seating for up to six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Located on the second floor, this two-story condo accommodates up to six guests between the two tranquil bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have their own unique style and a TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle.

The bedrooms share access to a beautifully tiled bathroom with a spacious double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A new guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Awesome rental!

This is a great vacation rental! It's perfectly located across from the beach, and there's a pool and hot tub on site. The management is very attentive your needs. Great place to stay!!!

Great beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Carpinteria. The condo was clean, with nice upgrades, and just a short walk from the beach. A perfect spot for our family of four.

Great stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. The pools and hot tub are a nice addition. Hot tub use is now for everyone over age 6 and above. The only thing I would be aware of is you can hear noise from the first floor of the unit on the second floor quite easily, but we made do. Overall, a very nice stay and we'd be happy to return.

Great location and awesome place

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. It is always clean and ready for our stay. It fits our family needs perfectly. The location is amazing. Just an easy walk to the beach and close to the town.

Convenient location.

We really like this place. We’ve stayed multiple times because the location is great (walkable to the beach, the marsh, and stores and restaurants) and the unit is clean and mostly well stocked—it just needs more dish towels!

Perfect for a family getaway

This property was perfect for our family weekend. It was one of the few recently renovated rentals we found in Carpinteria and had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and well-appointed, plus the location couldn’t have been better 1/2 block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a large open park. We would definitely stay here again!
