Started with could not access the house the 1st night. After several calls and unsafe suggestions (such as try to find an open window) we were forced to stay in hotel. Turned out it was broken keypad. Desperately needs deep clean. Cobwebs, dusty, ants etc. The under the sink is moldy and leaking. No extra toilet paper (had to buy our own). Sticky kitchen trash lid, random trash left in kitchen drawers. Chip crumbs left on livingroom floor.Bugs in silverware drawer, No potholders.It was obvious the place gets bare minimum cleaning with no oversight. It has the potential to be a great rental, but as is it stands now they should be embarrassed to offer this on VRBO or any other rental platform.
