Perfect spot!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway very clean well thought outs design. Wonderful host and so close to everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you for a fantastic weekend getaway! We came for a concert at Red Rocks

Perfect space for 2.

Im moving to Denver and was looking for a peaceful place close to down town while I look for an apartment. My husband ended up staying with me eveynight we both loved the clean quiet space. Perfect for two and Kayla was amazing anything we needed she was right on top of it to help us out. I wish I could rent this place for myself. I loved it!

The place is in a good location and around everything. The owner was very rude to us upon arrival due to parking in the improper area. Mind you, we had just pulled up and were unloading, but instead of being asked nicely to relocate, we were very rudely told to move. Be careful on using any towels, hot tub, etc. There are a million rules you are supposed to follow and cameras viewing the hot tub property. We got the vibe that the owner is looking for reasons to charge you extra instead of hoping you enjoyed your stay. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated rudely or if you are wanting to be micromanaged and over charged after your stay.

This is a luxury property with guest information for use of its amenities like the hot tub and parking, to make an enjoyable stay. This guest simply did not bother to read it and then parked right behind my garage in the alley where his truck was locked, so clearly he wasnt loading. Also damaged the sheets, duvet cover and one towel and was charged for replacement only after the cleaners tried 3 different products to remove all of the stains. Its so unfortunate when a guest causes damage and then tries to shurk responsibility for it. We strive to keep this property nice for each guest, even when guests are inconsiderate and damage it.

Cute, clean and convenient

This little place was super cute and clean. We are 2 wheelchair users and we were able to use the space with no problems. The front door has a 6" lip that both of us were able to pull ourselves into with minimal effort. I brought my own shower chair which worked great in the shower, the only change I would make is to add a hand held shower head to the shower. The place is convenient to get to downtown, only 10 minutes away and there is an AMAZING breakfast place directly across the street called The Universal. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Wonderful

Great place and location! Hosts were very friendly and provided recommendations for restaurants. Location was a short ride to downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and all the wonderful people in Denver! Would recommend!

Adorable studio

My husband and I were visiting Denver on our honeymoon & we are so glad we decided to stay at this property! It was really close to everything and really located well. Denver was a short ride, red rocks was 20 ish minutes away, & highways are close. Would recommend!
