Be relaxed and ready for family fun at this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beachside escape. This stylish home sleeps 8, plus two spare air mattresses, also with a crib. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, literally steps to the beach access point. There is also a private beach entrance behind the relaxing pool. Have fun fishing at the pier, dining downtown and beach bars. Cocoa beach pier or beachside to watch the rocket launch is not to be missed! Drive to Orlando theme parks in 45 minutes!

People love staying here because you can see the rocket launches right on the beach. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, people jogging and biking on the sidewalk path. Under a hour drive to all the Orlando theme parks. Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf shop is minutes away, along with amazing restaurants nearby

Use of grill, please make sure you scrapped the racks off with the grill utensils that are in cabinet below sink. gas turned off on the burner and tank below, cover grill with the cover provided.
Empty all garbage Close windows, turn off lights & ceiling fans, lock the back patio door. Lock front door and put replace key ring and garage remote control back in lock box and then jog wheel.
