Inside the House

Bedrooms:
Three Comfortable Bedrooms: Each bedroom is well-appointed with cozy bedding and ample storage space to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Office:
Versatile Office Space:
Equipped with a desk for remote work, this room can also be converted to accommodate extra guests with two queen-size air mattresses. All necessary linens, pillows, and blankets are provided, along with extra towels for your convenience.

Two and a Half Modern Bathrooms:
Each bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with plenty of towels to meet your needs.

Family Room:
Relaxing Family Room: This comfortable space is perfect for unwinding, with ample seating and entertainment options.

Game Room:
Fun-Filled Game Room: Enjoy a pool table, board games, bingo, and other games for family fun and entertainment.

Dining Room:
Cozy Dining Area: A dedicated dining room perfect for intimate meals and gatherings.

Ninja Electric Fire Grill: Enjoy outdoor cooking with our Ninja electric fire grill, perfect for grilling and savoring delicious meals.

Smart TV and Wi-Fi:
Entertainment at Your Fingertips: Our smart TV allows guests to sign in to streaming services like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more using their own accounts. With high-speed Wi-Fi available, you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies with ease.

RV Parking:
Ample Parking: Plenty of parking space is available in front and on the side of the house, including dedicated spots for RVs.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the office, family room, game room, dining room, and kitchen.

Outdoor spaces available for guest use include the fire pit area, patio with outdoor seating, barbecue grill, and ample parking spaces, including dedicated spots for RVs.

Other things to note
1. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house.

2. No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

3. No Parties or Events: We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

4. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Please let us know if you need flexibility with these times, and we will do our best to accommodate.

5. Respect the Property: Please treat our home with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.

6. Clean Up After Yourself: Please clean up any spills and dispose of trash properly. The kitchen should be left in a tidy state.

7. Parking: Use designated parking areas. Please inform us if you plan to park an RV, as we may need to unlock the main gate during your stay.

8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

9. Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house. Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

For your safety and security, our property is equipped with Ring video doorbells and cameras outside. We have a Ring video doorbell monitoring the front door, as well as a Ring camera positioned above the garage door facing the front parking lot.
