Los Padrinos - The Compound
Villa Los Padrinos is a beautiful, modern and tropical compound in a lush private setting, located in the heart of Playa El Zonte. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, beach walks, swimming or surfing only two walking minutes from the property!
This exceptional property consists of a main house, guest house, and bugalow, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The grounds include a private tropical garden, with a main pool and 2 guest pools, outdoor seating and dining areas to enjoy and relax under beautiful tropical trees. The compound includes a private cook and cleaning staff.
Two separate gates lead to abundant off-street parking. The main house and guest house can be used separately and privately, with separate gates and entrances, or together. Villa Los Padrinos can host up to 12 guests. Both houses are fully air-conditioned and there are smart TV sets in each bedroom. In addition, Villa Los Padrinos has three fully-equipped kitchens, one in each house.
Guests have full access to the compound.
No parties. No noise after 10pm. For each complaint/infraction a fee of $100 will be charged.

We (Thierry & Lukas) rented this property Los Padrinos in September 2023 and as a joke one morning, we were asking to each other if the owner would want to sell the property to us.
That's how much we loved it.

Why they chose this property
The location is paradise. To be able to walk in El Zonte and walk to the beach were amazing. We've got to meet incredible people. We also felt very welcomed by the locals (very sweet people).
