Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table while you cook dinner on the electric grill located on the balcony. Enjoy sunrises with incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The 2nd BR has a King bed. The Sherwin building has fantastic amenities including an enormous penthouse club room, a billiards room, sunroom library/game room, fitness center, a pool that is heated year round, hot tub, and sauna!

Towels can be gathered and placed on the floor in the bathroom. Beds can be left unmaid, pulling sheets is not required.
Remove any food items from the fridge as well as opened dry goods. Trash should be removed, dishwasher started and lights turned off.
