Located in Palmetto Dunes Resort This property is a renovated villa with a “coastal feel” decor . Features a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with beach access . Private entrance, pickleball courts right next door, three pools on site, one- level, end unit , offering pet friendly (must be approval by rental manager) Located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes with award winning championship oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course. Master bedroom is a king with Spa shower and second bedroom is a queen with full bath. Sleeper sofa if needed is located in the spacious living room with 55 inch screen smartTV. The fully equipped kitchen along with full size washer and dryer in the unit. Queens Grant amenities include multiple in-site community pools, spacious units with vaulted ceilings well maintained grounds along with miles of bike paths throughout the resort. The villa also has a large private deck area along with a gas grill along with hammock for a lazy day or a great area for cocktails or that morning coffee. One of the community pools is right across the street. Very short walk out the front door. The “dunes house” is located ocean front with restrooms and showers for owners and guests to use.. With the Pools , beach, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike paths along with Restaurants and shopping, Palmetto Dunes has it all !

This will be long, but I will try to wrap it up:) less than a month before we were scheduled for our trip to your lovely little villa, my husband lost his oldest brother unexpectedly. To say we were in dire need of a getaway is stating it mildly. Unit 610 is our new favorite villa so far in Palmetto Dunes! Teresa was wonderful to coordinate our stay with! This is our 5th year of visiting HHI and this home was by far the best!! It was stocked with any & everything you needed. We loved how “techie” it is. Was not expecting that but a pleasant surprise. Spent the days at the beach then came back and relaxed at a very comfortable home! Thanks for sharing it with us!
