Centrally located just minutes from Bath House Row and Oaklawn Casino. We prioritize your privacy and comfort, offering a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away. This is a fresh remodel completed in 2019. It is situated just of the main roadways. It is in a transitional neighborhood with its own privacy and just a hop away from the community church and volleyball court. This location is all about convenience and ease of getting to any of the attractions in town. Regardless of where you need to get in this Historic city you're no more than 15 minutes away!

Guests will enjoy private and exclusive access to the entire house and backyard amenities throughout their stay. For your convenience, entry is seamless. Please note, there is a locked owner's closet in the dining room and a locked door at the end of the hallway leading to an unfinished basement. These areas are not accessible to guests.

We were in town for a softball tournament. This super cute house was perfectly located just minutes from both Kimery park and majestic. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is provided. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and would stay here again if we are ever back in town.

This VRBO was even better in reality than what the photos showed. It is very well laid-out and the five of us who stayed overnight were very comfortable - there is plenty of room and all beds were in excellent condition. The kitchen had everything we needed and the instructions were perfectly written. The host was wonderful and prompt with answers. Wonderful Experience in Hot Spring!

Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.

Hot Springs Hideout

This cozy home had plenty of space for us to spread out and everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and quiet yet still very convenient to downtown Hot Springs, the national forest, Garvan Gardens etc. Check in was seamless and the host was very easy to reach.

Felt very private with my room separated from the others. For 3 or 4 adults this place is ideal. Owner was in touch promptly to resolve any issues or concerns. The cleaning lady even came by on Her busy day to help me with the remotes and tv setup. The previous tenant may have taken a cord, by accident. All was great overall. Very comfortable beds. Great amenities. Smooth checkin with code.

Nice, clean, well-supplied house

I didn't see any lake anywhere close to this property. The home was smartly decorated and was extremely roomy. It was an older home with lots of charm. We enjoy the workmanship put into these older homes and this one was restored beautifully. It was in a good location to get downtown or to Garven Gardens. Everything was to our liking. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The neighbors were a little noisey but were quiet by 10 PM so that was fine, as their house was very close and noise was right at our master bedroom. Really we have no complaints.
