Great space for a girls trip to Hot Springs, close to the bathhouses and park. Neighborhood was quiet. Nice washer and dryer, and kitchen was stocked with necessary pots/pans and dishes. Host was very communicative and made sure we were provided for. Overall a great experience.

This was a great place for our stay- all adults (and teenager) had their own room and the shared space was great. The beds were comfy and the sheets were cool and lovely! Best of all- so close to great things to do in HS!

The host was welcoming and the home was beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood. The recommendations for coffee were amazing and the home wasn’t far from downtown which was an added bonus! Would love to stay again.

Annual Girl Family Trip

We had such a great time at this property, it was perfect for our group, property was clean and nicely decorated, we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch!!!The host were so reactive with any questions we had before and during our stay, it is close to downtown and the Oaklawn track/casino, highly recommend this Property!!!

We were in town for a softball tournament. This super cute house was perfectly located just minutes from both Kimery park and majestic. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is provided. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and would stay here again if we are ever back in town.

Hot Springs Hideout

This cozy home had plenty of space for us to spread out and everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and quiet yet still very convenient to downtown Hot Springs, the national forest, Garvan Gardens etc. Check in was seamless and the host was very easy to reach.

The house was very clean and provided ample amount of space. The bedrooms are very well sized and the bathrooms were clean and well lit. The washer and dryer are a nice amenity to have even though we didn't use them. The kitchen is well sized and the house provided good areas to just kick back and relax. My friends and I really enjoyed the backyard area! The owners are also very communicative so that was a nice touch! Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

Wonderful Experience in Hot Spring!

Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.

This VRBO was even better in reality than what the photos showed. It is very well laid-out and the five of us who stayed overnight were very comfortable - there is plenty of room and all beds were in excellent condition. The kitchen had everything we needed and the instructions were perfectly written. The host was wonderful and prompt with answers. We had guests from five states - most of us were experienced with VRBO homes. We all agreed that this home was at the top re: the best of our VRBO rentals. Thank you, Seth and LaRissa!

Felt very private with my room separated from the others. For 3 or 4 adults this place is ideal. Owner was in touch promptly to resolve any issues or concerns. The cleaning lady even came by on Her busy day to help me with the remotes and tv setup. The previous tenant may have taken a cord, by accident. All was great overall. Very comfortable beds. Great amenities. Smooth checkin with code.

Nice, clean, well-supplied house

I didn't see any lake anywhere close to this property. The home was smartly decorated and was extremely roomy. It was an older home with lots of charm. We enjoy the workmanship put into these older homes and this one was restored beautifully. It was in a good location to get downtown or to Garven Gardens. Everything was to our liking. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The neighbors were a little noisey but were quiet by 10 PM so that was fine, as their house was very close and noise was right at our master bedroom. Really we have no complaints.

The picture in the listing is only intended to point out things to do in the area! Those that you mentioned along with close proximity to Oaklawn is definitely more of our crowd though. We loved having you stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to do so again in the future!
