TWO BEDROOM PET FRIENDLY COTTAGE -- 1/4 MILE TO RIDGEVALE BEACH

For those that love the Beach! Just 1/4 mile to beautiful Ridgevale Beach.

Cape Cod cottage with two bedrooms and one bath. Bring your pups, this cottage is also pet friendly! (Dogs only please.) This property screams Summer being so close to the Beach. Enjoy the new ductless splitter air conditioning wall units that have been added to the living space area and both bedrooms.

Smaller kitchen set up for meal preparation and comfortable living space. There is one bath with shower off the kitchen. Outside, you'll find an enclosed outdoor shower, picnic table and gas grill for all of your barbecue needs. Property does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher. Owners have also added new sofa and chair to the living room, brand new windows and floors. Expanded cable television and wireless internet are provided.

The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds side by side.

Perfect place for a family..happy to be able to bring our dog..short walk,bike ride or drive to the beach in a blink of an eye.. Close to many other beaches,plenty of things to do and places to eat. Neighborhood was quiet

I like the location and the breeze through the windows the place was very clean except for the bugs

I liked the cottage very much the only problem that I had was that the screens had holes in them and the doors didn't shut all the way so that the bugs were getting in they were like mayflies gnats whatever you want to call them that we're getting in a lot of them.

Relaxing week

Comfortable house within walking distance to the beach. Had a great week with my husband, son and dog. Lucky it wasn't that hot the week we stayed, as there is no air conditioning, but had plenty of fans. Great that the house had an outdoor shower we could use as not to get too much sand in the house! The kitchen/stove/microwave need some updates, but we were able to use for our purposes. Last night there the next door neighbors stayed up all night and kept us awake, but other than that the neighboorhood is quiest!

Beautiful and the price is right

The neighborhood and adjacent beach are absolutely beautiful. Chatham is one of my favorite places on Cape and this cottage just made this visit even better. The neighbors are nice and the beach is lovely. The cottage was clean and had plenty of dishware for dining to save on disposables. The outdoor shower came in handy for days we spent on the National Seashore. Definitely recommend!

I am sorry that this renter was unhappy with her stay in S. Chatham. She stayed for one week and I did not hear a word from her until the day before she left. I offered to drop off a fresh shower curtain liner but she refused. In regard to her other complaints I simply do not agree. The cottage was inspected prior to her arrival for cleanliness. The shower curtain liner was an oversight on our part. The front step to the cottage is a little steep but I would not call it dangerous. There is also a rear entrance with a stairway that is not as steep. There were two little stains on the living room carpet that were about the size of a dime. The electrical fixture in the kitchen is a power strip which I do not feel is dangerous. It is attached to the upper shelf. The property is not advertised with a deck. In the last two years the owners have replaced all windows, purchased a new sofa and chair, had a new shower stall put in the bathroom, and had a new outdoor shower built. The gas stove has also replaced. The property was rented for eight weeks this year and there were no other complaints. No one has ever mentioned finding a roach at this property. All our previous tenants thought the property was advertised properly and they enjoyed their stay.

Nice house, walking distance from the beach and we were able to bring our small dog!

This house is close to everything: beautiful beach, Chatham center, Nantucket ferry, Marion’s pie shop, and more 😊 It was clean and there were some fresh flowers for us to enjoy. The kitchen is small but well stocked with dishes, pots, cups etc. We enjoyed our meals outside and outdoor shower was great.
