Very pleasant stay

Our entire visit was extremely pleasant from quick communication prior to our arrival to a text from the owner as we were checking out. The apartment is very nicely appointed, sparkling clean and quite comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much.

A very well equipped basement apartment. Our host was gracious, helpful, and dedicated to making sure our stay was pleasant. The extra bedroom was very convenient as we had a friend visit over a weekend.

I moved to Denver over a decade ago and actually started out as a mid-term renter myself, so I know how important it is to have a comfortable, reliable home base when you’re new to the city. Hosting is something I truly enjoy - creating calm, welcoming spaces for people relocating, working travel jobs, or just needing a longer-term landing spot.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually find me exploring local coffee shops or restaurants, or spending time in Denver’s parks. I love helping guests settle in and feel like locals right away.

Why they chose this property

Park Hill is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Denver - and I have lived in MANY. Historic, tree-lined, and close to everything without feeling busy or overwhelming. It has a great blend of peaceful residential streets and easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and City Park.

It’s also centrally located for anyone working at Denver’s major hospitals or downtown, which makes day-to-day life incredibly convenient. I love the mix of charm, walkability, and the feeling of being tucked into a real community.

What makes this property unique

This apartment made me fall in love with the home before I bought it. It's so sweet and light-filled. I would live here!

This unit is designed with longer stays in mind - bright, modern, and fully equipped so guests can truly settle in. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, the bedrooms are comfortable and calm, and having two dedicated parking spots plus laundry makes daily routines really easy.

The location is a big part of what sets it apart too: it’s close to hospitals, parks, and local favorites, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat after a long day. It’s a great balance of comfort, convenience, and home-like living, which many guests really appreciate for extended stays.
