Our stay was pleasant. People around were very nice and friendly. Location is just a short drive from town and the property was quiet. We felt very relaxed and safe. However, the trash was not entirely empty, upon arrival so room had a slight cabbage smell.

It's a little confusing, it used to be part of a larger hotel complex on site, 3 buildings have been spun off into Wyndham vacation club properties. Club owners can offer units out on vrbo. It worked out fine, however expect the full timeshare push pitch when you check in. Our unit was clean and a nice place to stay. It included in unit washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge and dishes.
