Everything was great. Just as described in the property listing. It was nice to just enjoy the stay and not deal with making sure the property is in order.

Manatee trip

Very clean comfortable accommodations it had everything we needed and more. Easy to get to the house and easy to get to beaches, restaurants and little tourists town. Visiting the Manatees was the highlight of our trip!!

Good month long stay. House located conveniently. We were able to ride our e-bikes to Clearwater Beach and Downtown Dunedin and beat traffic every time. Property does face busier 2 lane street which comes with road noise. Host was extremely responsive both on messages and actions. Simple and easy check in / check out process.

Very clean and comfortable

The house was spotlessly clean and looks just like the photos. The seating in the living and dining area are really comfortable and outside, there is ample parking for multiple vehicles. We appreciated the snacks and coffee and were able to make a nice meal for ourselves with the basic cookware provided. With a few additions, would have given it five stars for sure!

I would give NIa a 5 star rating. Our keyless entry stopped working and she had someone there in 15 minutes to get us in. Except for a neighbor who woke us up at 5 am every morning when he left for work on his Harley and a lack of adequate silverware every thi9ng was great.
