Coastal inspired ground floor end unit located in beautiful Essex. Essex is ideally situated on the popular south end of the Island and short walk to the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Mission Plaza well-loved restaurants, boutiques, movie theater, ice cream and miniature golf. Most importantly is directly between 2 of only 4 public beach access points on the entire island, making it an extremely popular setup.

This 1st floor end unit offers desirable western exposure and extra dining room bump out. The 1st floor setup is hassle free, no elevators or stairs! Covered carport and extra storage located in that carport, complete with all the beach gear one would need while here: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler.

Open floor plan with laundry in the unit. Fully stocked kitchen complete with quartz countertops. Supplied with all one would need who is interested in cooking while here and not going out every night. The master bedroom sports a beautiful tiled shower, dual vanities, and large walk-in closet. Queen bed in the master bedroom as well complete with flat screen tv. Large, tiled lanai extends from the living room where guests can relax while still screened in to keep the bugs away. Second bedroom offers a full bed and also twin bed. Second bathroom just off the second bedroom and offers a redone tub/shower combo setup.

A heated pool, tennis/pickleball court, and BBQ area greets guests in the common area that adds to the appeal and enjoyment.

Perfect setup for the family when visiting Marco Island having all one needs for the enjoyment of an island vacation.

We enjoyed every moment of your stay at Marco Island. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and updated nicely throughout. The rental agency was local and close to the rental. They were friendly and very responsive. The accommodations could not of been better. Thank you and we look forward to returning!
