Great location, beautiful home

We absolutely loved this neighborhood and location for visiting my daughter at UTK. Walkable trail nearby as well as cute restaurants and breweries. A quick drive to campus. The home was well appointed, they’ve thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this like-new townhome. It was spotlessly clean and well-decorated with very comfortable beds. The check-in process was easy. There are many breweries and coffee shops within walking distance, and it’s an easy Uber ride or drive to downtown. Of note is that the stairs to the second bedroom are located in the first bedroom, and there’s no bathroom on the first floor. This was not an issue for us, but it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Great host communication. Not in the best neighborhood. The common space picture in the listing description is not accurate and it is actually just a futon sofa in the living room.

Hi Dana, This townhome is actually located in a very nice up and coming area of Knoxville. There are many new restaurants and shops in the area!
