We are return renters and have been coming for many years.The house was very clean and everything was in working order. The new owners have put a lot of work into updating appliances, kitchen and bathrooms and making it less 1970’s and more 2020. The expansion of the north deck and a smaller hot tub provides a more usable space. The surroundings and views are beautiful. There is one viewpoint on the south deck that if you look through the trees you can see a very small spot of the beautiful blue water of Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is quiet and lots of neighbors with families. A HUGE shout out to our hosts Keith and Kourtney. They kept in touch with us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. They also really listen to our suggestions for making an excellent experience even better. We will definitely plan a return visit next time we will be staying at Lake Tahoe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had. The home was even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the extremely comfortable beds and cozy bedding. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed—and more. The outdoor space was a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing in the evenings either in the hot tub or sitting on the front patio. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed. Safeway was only a few minutes away. We loved driving just a few minutes to the beach to watch the sunset as well. The hosts were fantastic: responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process seamless. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. This is the first time with the new hosts. Kieth and Kourtney have been very welcoming and professional in all communications with us. They have made many updates to the home mostly with new appliances in the kitchen. The aging plumbing has also been upgraded. It is a great house for a larger group - there were five adults in our group. It would comfortably accommodate six adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The house is situated in lovely quiet neighborhood in the hills overlooking Lake Tahoe. It is truly a lovely little slice of paradise.
