The condo’s main floor features an open concept design and a fully stocked kitchen, while the upstairs offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

We are located 7 miles from downtown Beaufort, 10 miles from Paris Island, and 5 miles from the Marine Corp Air Station, with great options for day trips to Savannah (45 min.), Hilton Head (45 min), or Bluffton (40 min.). We provide a free pass to Hunting Island State Park Beach (30 min.), voted “Best State Park" and “Best Beach in SC” by USA Today! For those who love golf there are several courses within a short drive.

But you may just want to park your car during your stay and enjoy walkable Habersham with its many amenities, including:

Jim was extremely helpful and responsive as we had some issues with the key code on the door. The location was perfect, right in the little town square. The steps are quite steep inside the house, which was fine for us, but it is a workout carrying everything in and out of the house. We were able to park right in the back of the unit, which was great! The house was very clean, modern, and equipped with all of the essentials. The main floor was very open and roomy. We absolutely love Habersham and will continue to stay in the neighborhood when we visit our family in the area. The residents are friendly, the grounds of the neighborhood are kept immaculate, and the pool is stunning (very clean). Highly recommend staying here!!

Very nice apartment in beautiful Habersham. What a lovely place to stay near Beaufort. Quiet, well equipped and 1st floor was extremely well appointed. We didn’t need anything more than what was there. Walk across the street for AM coffee and there are 4 or 5 restaurants in the marketplace. We tried three and were very happy to not have to drive into Beaufort for dinner.Wonderful place to walk with your dog. Lots of paved sidewalks and lots of shade trees to help keep your walks cool. Also a wonderful park for walking 4 minutes away- Burton Wellshighly recommend!

We had the BEST experience! Jim began communicating with us days before our stay even began. He was readily available for anything and everything throughout our entire stay. The customer service that we received throughout our stay was 12/10! This place was perfect for me, my spouse, our 4 year old, and our fur babies. It can be so challenging to find a nice place to stay when traveling with dogs. The backyard was perfect for our dogs. We are SO grateful that Jim allowed us to bring them with us! This location is amazing! Habersham is absolutely beautiful! We loved being able to go on walks around the area. Habersham looks like it should be on a postcard at the holidays! We loved being able to walk to the local pizza restaurant. I can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back!
