Regarding the annual maintenance visit, I’m sorry that the timing felt uncertain — we’ve updated our scheduling process so maintenance provides a specific time window in advance and coordinates around our guests’ comfort. I’m sorry the condo wasn’t as clean as you expected — especially the baseboards, floors, and hair — and that cleaning-product residue caused issues. I also apologize the fan was not working and that you only had four towels and no beach towels. We’ve passed your notes to housekeeping and operations so the cleaning team can be retrained and cleaning products reviewed, and to maintenance to inspect and repair the fan. We’ll also review our towel inventory and add beach towels where possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider us again.
