The Living Room & Sun Room offers an additional Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed, providing ample space for all guests. With WiFi, AC, and heating, your stay will be enjoyable and comfortable. The property also includes amenities like, Dishware, Cooking Utensils and a hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and iron. The 2 bathrooms feature Tub/Showers and Linens, Beddings. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our Cozy Bungalow home. This is a Relaxed, laid back "Must Be 55+ AND OVER" ONLY No Exceptions Community. Senior Living at it's Finest. Lakeland Harbor the Premier 55+ and over Gated Community is Right off of I-4 Exit #33 and Lakeland Hills Blvd./ FL US 33. This home is within minutes of the Lakeland Regional Health & Medical Center and Publix Field Joker Marchant Stadium where the Detroit Tigers Spring Training is held. Additionally drive time to the Orlando Theme Parks is our Exit #33 on I-4 to Disney's Exit #64, just 31 miles.
This unit is Fully furnished with New Flooring throughout. Parking in Driveway Carport area only, No Street Parking. All tenants must complete a Minimal Security Clearance through the Central Office prior to Tenancy (No Exceptions) lease being completed. NO SMOKING Occupants Only & NO PETS of Any Kind Allowed.

Quiet and peaceful

It's located on the back corner of the park and has very little traffic. Rt4 exit is at the entrance. easy access to main roadways. A gated community.The property is very nice and kept. Neighborhood is clean.
