Please be advised that Cocoa Beach has recently instituted new regulations and associated fines for all listings within Cocoa Beach, Florida. Of particular significance are the occupancy rules. Guests found to exceed the designated occupancy limit will incur a fine of $250 for the first day of violation, with subsequent violations resulting in fines of $500 per day until the number of occupants is reduced to the specified limit, which is six individuals for this property.
