The house was great! We loved the large island for the family to eat at! It was better than we thought. Wasn’t a fan of the shared pool but would definitely stay at the house again next time we go on a cruise.

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Hosts were very communicative and thorough. Love how close to the beach it was and great dining places nearby. The house was stocked well with all needed items for cooking and dinning. The beds were very cozy. A few things that we wished were a little better were the parking situation, the pool hours and remotes for the bedroom t.v.s. I understand having limits for pool hours but sunset is a little early and when on vacation after dinner and days in the sun the pool would have been nice to use afterwards. Overall a great experience and would recommend to others looking for a getaway close to the beach.

Beautiful house in a convenient location.

The house is beautiful and just a short walk from the beach. It’s a short drive to the port where you can enjoy a delicious dinner at one of several restaurants while watching cruise ships depart. Erin and Brian are great hosts! Love staying here!

Great property

We spent a week at Bryan and Erin’s property. The unit is newly renovated and extremely nice. We enjoyed the shared pool and the proximity to the beach. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. Having the pool in the backyard was such a hit with our grandchildren. Our little dachshund also enjoyed the property. Lots of room for him to run around. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or watching a launch. The house supplied all the necessities, with no shortage of towels. Erin was a pleasure to work with, extremely kind & welcoming. Would highly recommend this place. We will be back! Thank you.

Comfortable Cape Canaveral house near the beach

Our family of 4 booked this house for a week vacation in the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. House was recently renovated, very clean and quiet, but conveniently located just down the street from the beach. Full size kitchen, laundry room, separate bathrooms, and outdoor area with pool. Won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

We had a blast! Even got to see a rocket take off. The property was great for hosting some of the speakers from our meeting that was in town. Other than the tight parking rules, everything was great! Cool property and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer!

Beautiful House in a Great Location

The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was also comfy and we slept well. It is very close to the beach and in an area with peacocks which we enjoyed watching. We like how close the house is to the port. We watched cruise ships depart from Fishlips Restaurant at the port and also from the beach. We were also able to see a Falcon 9 launch right from the backyard! The hosts are great and we really enjoyed our stay in this house. We hope to book it again in the future.

Ideal Family House

My family and two dogs all enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a couple block walk to the beach, and nicely located for access to restaurants and shops. The open concept was perfect for our family, and there’s a large sliding glass door to the fenced in backyard. Our dogs loved the ability to go back and forth. The house is also very well stocked with towels, and kitchen and laundry stuff. My family all felt this was one of the best beach rentals we’ve done.

Spring Break 2024

Very nice property. Short walk to the beach. Quiet and away from the traffic of Cocoa Beach but just a short drive to get there. Well-equipped kitchen with huge island. Great for families. Owners unit is attached to the house and they were there…I found myself trying to keep the kids quiet in the evening. It does say in the listing that they might be there but I didn’t notice until I went back and looked. It was a little strange being in the same house…but they were very nice people. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. There are a ton of peacocks walking all around which was really cool. We don’t have those in Indiana.

Very pretty property. The problem is that it's not very private. This is not a stand alone single. From what I could see, there are 2 or 3 suites that share the pool. From the unit that we rented, there's a doorway on the left when you head into the main bedroom. Through this door you can hear people talking. Its literally like they're in the suite with you. There are almost no window coverings. Sheers are not drapes and are easily seen through at night. We did not feel comfortable in our pj's in the living areas.At least 3 light bulbs were burnt out and the coffee maker was dirty.On two occasions, the owner text me to see if she had any deliveries. Not professional and very annoying. I ignored her. She can walk out front and get her own packages. The main shower had a lot of reddish mold on the tile and grout, particularly under the glass door. The living room furniture is pretty worn. It was fine for a couple days but this needs work.I wish them well.

Spring Break Vacay

Beautiful property, very well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. Couch was a little well worn and had the hint of pet smell, but it was sufficient. Beach supplies were serviceable, but if you plan to stay the whole day at the beach you'll want to bring an umbrella and comfortable chairs. The pool is shared I think, but we were the only ones that used it when we were there. We loved our stay here and would definitely consider staying again. We had four teenage girls and two adults and everyone had a great time together and separately.

Beautiful home with pool

Bryan and Erin were great hosts. This house is close walking distance to the beach with a small pool in back. Appreciate we were able to bring our dogs. House is located in a residential neighborhood which was a plus. Highly recommend this VRBO.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location! A short walk to the beach with beach access. A beautiful pool. Literally everything needed to make our stay perfect. The home was spotless! The hosts were very responsive from the time I booked until the day I checked out. We can’t wait to stay here again!
