Nice place, showers were always like warm or cold and wasn’t thrilled with what we paid that we had to pay so much for laundry. The view was gorgeous and the place itself was very nice
My husband and I stayed with our 4 year old. The place is dated but we didn’t care, we had everything we needed and could have sat on the back porch looking at the view forever. We had a wonderful stay.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
I wanted to share some feedback about our recent stay at your condo. While the pictures online were enticing and the unit was mostly clean, we did encounter some issues that impacted our experience.Unfortunately, we found that the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we noticed that many other units in the complex had tags on their doors indicating that they had been treated for bed bugs, which raised our concerns. Given that over 85% of the complex was empty, we felt uneasy about staying there, and ultimately decided that it was best for us to leave. We also found the outdoor amenities lacking. The older lounge chairs outside were quite far from the water, and for us, in our sixties and seventies, dragging them that distance was not feasible. The shaded gazebos were also too far away from the ocean to be of much use.Due to these factors, we made the decision to find accommodations elsewhere. Thank you for considering our feedback. We hope it helps improve the experience for future guests.
While this property is long overdue for a remodel, it fit our needs and was a perfect location. Another plus was not having to wake up at 5am just to save beach loungers like we have to at the all inclusive resorts we visit. It was a relaxed and enjoyable week. We will be back!
This is definitely a 10 out of 10 condo. Completely renovated and beautiful. The view is exactly why you go to Florida. It's very well appointed. And thank you for all the hooks everywhere! There were a few things I'd like to mention though. It would be nice if the listing included more specific info about what is provided in the kitchen and baths...particularly coffee makers (turns out there are two! pods and regular drip), and blowdryers (one in each bath), beach towels (4 - but we had to ask for them). Also, we all found the 'memory foam' type pillows not to our liking. It would be great to have the option of a more standard down-type pillow.Lastly, the drawback for me is that the porch or 'outdoor' space is actually completely enclosed. There are still outdoor sliders in the living room that lead to it but the room is all glass, with a door that goes out to the stairs to the ground. (To be fair there are 3 very small crank vent-type windows at floor level.) I didn't see that this room was enclosed on the listing, effectively making it so there is no outdoor space available in the condo. And since the unit is on the second floor, if you'd like to have coffee in the morning or wine at night and hear the ocean, you have to go down to a beach chair or bench. I think I understand they did that because of storms, but it would be nice to be able to hear the ocean and have outdoor space in the condo itself.
