Welcome to our beach front condo. Tranquil retreat in the heart of Bavaro Beach. The gated community of Playa Turquesa, No street crossing, no worrying about the sun beds or umbrellas... it's all there waiting for you. The car is not needed. You are across the street from all restaurants and the supermarket. This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Pool view and direct access to a stunning sandy beach will not disappoint.
The bedroom has brand new King size memory foam mattress and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is another full bathroom adjacent to the living room. In-unit laundry facilities. Huge terrace with seating area as well as another dinning table and chairs for four. Ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room as well on the terrace. Smart TV.

Our complex offers two bars. One right by the pool and another one on the beach. The ProBar on the beach offers great menu from exotic drinks to a full breakfast and dinner.
Attention!! the electricity is extra in Dominican Republic and averages from $50 a week to $250 for a month stay. In the winter season Dec-April the AC is rarely used do to cool ocean breeze and ceiling fans.
Our condo is equipped with ON DEMEND water heater. Works only when needed, saving the electricity by 80%
