Nestled on the shores of Lake Koshkonong this charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom plus bonus game room retreat offers breathtaking views, modern amenities, and a host of activities to make your stay unforgettable.This beautifully maintained property offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The open-concept living and dining area features hardwood floors, large windows that flood the space with natural light, and full use kitchen—ideal for family gatherings! Full game room with Golden Tee and Buck hunter available and flat screen Tv perfect for watching Badger games or a great space to enjoy! Step outside to a beautifully landscaped backyard, yard games like cornhole, lawn chairs, a lush lawn, and mature trees offering plenty of shade and privacy. Home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, while the guest features full bunk bed with twin on top - perfect for kids or extra guests. Living room Couch is pull out queen. Located directly across the street from lake house inn supper club and live music, lake access within the block although no pier access. Supper clubs, cute Wisconsin towns, and of course less than 30 minutes away from Madison where you can enjoy badger games! Easy access to highways ensures a smooth commute to anywhere in the area.

We stayed at the Maple Beach Cottage for a short weekend trip for a concert in WI. The cottage was very cute, well maintained and gave us all the space, silence & nature we were hoping to have during our weekend. Patrik was very easy to communicate with & responsive. Would highly recommend this cottage for your lake weekend.
