Welcome to the ultimate Fredericksburg escape! This cozy 3 bed, 2 bath home offers casual contemporary decor with all the charm of a country villa! Located just a few blocks from Main St. and Downtown Fredericksburg, Hale Haus will be the perfect getaway for friends and family. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, streaming and cable television, and three spacious bedrooms. The private backyard offers a gas grill, a wood burning fire-pit, and a private hot tub! Country comforts and chic accents abound throughout this thoughtfully designed pet friendly vacation rental. Enjoy the very best of Fredericksburg at Hale Haus!

There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation, with a fee of $45 per pet, per night.

Please note: Parts for the stove are currently on back-order. There is a countertop cooktop and oven provided for guests.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Rental had very clean towels, sheets, bedding. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap , paper towels, toilet paper were all available. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and lids. Super close to town. Driveway plenty of room for our two cars. Pet friendly with a fenced back yard. We enjoyed the place was comfortable and homey.

Our stay was so amazing and it is a very cute property, however, once we got home many girls and myself noticed red rashes all over our bodies. Not sure if they are bed bugs but we did spend time in the hot tube and think it may be hot tub folliculitis, which is caused by being in a hot tub that is not properly cleaned and kept. Regardless, 6/7 of the girls that stayed with us have these rashes so it was definitely from the property. Disappointed because this was such an amazing place to host my bachelorette party but it will really blow if we all now have bedbugs.

I have stayed in many places but this by far the worst Stove or oven didn't work, refrigerator didn't work well ,the BarBQ grill didn't have proper way to light it , my partner walked barefooted and got splinter Not a big variety of cooking utensils Beautiful home though

Several things to bring to your attention: Coverings for side and back door windows. Faucet drips in back bathroom. Faucets nozzles in kitchen and front bathroom need fixing. Need more mirrors… full length would be nice. (With 5 women getting ready - very inconvenient.) Need more outlets with all our electronics… maybe lamps or end table that have that built in.. Getting to Front of house from the side needs stepping stones… hole in ground and I almost fell…. We did have several issues that Kyle took care of right away.. Which we appreciate… The beds were very comfortable.. Thanks …

The layout of the home is great and the fence yard for a dog is great. The proximity to town was also great. However, a lot more needs to be done before we would ever stay there again. Two footstools in the living room were so worn out and had big tears in both; they should be tossed in the trash. The master bedroom had no closet or dresser and there were no nightstands or lamps. The curtain rod was broken. The master bath was missing a knob on the faucet, we well as in the shower. The light above the dining table had duct tape on it. The freezer was totally cracked inside and had a huge piece of duct tape on it. The yard does not look like it does in the pictures. We were afraid to use the hot tub. For the prices you are charging, you need to do make some improvements.
