LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features soft coastal décor that brings the beach vibes indoors, creating a calm and inviting space to unwind. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and open to your private Gulf-front balcony. Relax with a movie on the flat-screen TV or enjoy the sea breeze just steps away. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a classic Southern seafood meal, with seating for four at the dining table and four barstools at the kitchen counter. For added convenience, the unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower, plus private access to the Gulf-facing balcony—perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests with two twin beds. A shared guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, providing convenience and comfort for everyone.

2 vehicles maximum allowed. Parking passes will be in your condo when you arrive.

RECENT UPDATES
Both Condo 5A and the entire Castaways complex have undergone significant updates. Inside the condo, the owners have added a new washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher (2023), fully remodeled both bathrooms, repainted the living/dining areas and master bedroom, and updated furniture throughout—including the balcony (2024). In 2025, the entire Castaways property received a full exterior refresh, including new paint on all walls, balconies, and stairways. The pool area has also been renovated, with repairs and a new ramp for easy access from the pool to the beach. These improvements make Castaways 5A better than ever.

Castaways has everything you need for a perfect beachside escape. Enjoy direct beachfront access and a Gulf-front, partially covered outdoor pool—heated during November–December and March–April. Relax on your private balcony with stunning ocean views or fire up the on-site BBQs. This condo includes free WiFi, and the beach is just steps away. All that’s missing is you!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Monthly rentals are available from November to March 1st. This is a non-smoking condo. Must be 25 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
