Reach essential spots like the National Training and Montverde Academy within a swift 10 and 13-minute drive respectively. The magic of Disney World and the sweeping metropolis of Orlando are also with an accessible 35- and 40-minute driving distance. Our deluxe accommodation incudes a spacious King-size master bed, a plus Queen guest bed, and a cozy Small Full Sleeper sofa gracing the living room. enjoy local highlights like the new Salt Shack on the waterfront, the vibrant Sunday Farmer's Market buzzing from 10 am - 2 pm, exciting Food trucks visiting downtown Clermont of the first Saturday of every month from 3:00-7:00 PM, and the immersive Game On Clermont Arcade, complete with a full liquor bar, open from 3-10 PM. Complimentary bed linens are provided for your convenience. Take advantage of our option for early check-in for a nominal fee of $30, subject to availability. The earlies possible check-in is at 2PM. Please note that an early check-in can only be confirmed the day prior to your stay.

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, very close, 3 min, to downtown Clermont. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fun stay. The host is very responsive and the check-in and out process was super easy! Its about 35min west of Orlando, an easy trip over if you want or need to go, but we preferred downtown Clermont and recommend Pepe's Cantina for yummy Mexican and Suncreek Brewery.

Great location - just a couple blocks from downtown and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host is very responsive and friendly. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. We will return.
