Whether you're planning a family vacation or a peaceful escape, this apartment has all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable.
The space
This corner unit has plenty of natural light and is meticulously cared for. Each room, including the living room, has its own ceiling fan, AC unit and smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. The unit features a king bed, a full bed, and a full-sized sofa bed, all with extra linens provided. The bathroom is stocked with basic essentials. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, dishes, wine glasses, a coffee bar, and more. The spacious rooms also boast ample closet space, making it easy to settle in. This unit is the perfect place to relax and unwind!
Guest access
All guests will have access to a storage unit, pool and clubhouse. Guests will have access to beach essentials such as a wagon, chairs, towels, small cooler, umbrellas and tent. Guest will have assigned parking spot as well as ample guest parking around the community.

All guests must be approved by the association before arriving. It is a quick and easy process which I will assist with.
