This was the best Vrbo we have done to date. The homeowner was very attentive, the entire house including the outdoor space was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was everything you need to cook/clean. The best part of all was the dock, kayak and watching manatees from the dock. It was so cool, and they just hang out right in the canal. We have zero complaints

Relaxing oasis

Very clean and well stocked home. Beautiful outdoor area with pool. We had no issues and the property manager was easy to contact with great info about the area. Neighbors were very friendly!! Will stay again.

We stayed at this home for one month and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It was very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed from plenty of towels to cooking essentials including pots and pans. The house sleeps six and although it was just my husband and I, we had plenty of space to stretch out. The pool is beautiful and it was a highlight of our stay. We went to the dock and saw several dolphins which was exciting. The homeowner was very attentive and wanted us to be comfortable which we certainly were. We saw seven rocket launches from the backyard and were amazed. This property was the perfect place for us to "thaw out" from our very harsh Michigan winter.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this large and beautiful home! Andrea was very quick and helpful with any questions we had. We live about 90 minutes away, so it's easy to pack a car vs. flying. For anyone flying in - no worries - the house is definitely well stocked and you will not need to bring a thing! Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook indoors (gas stove is hi-grade Bertazzoni) or grill outside in the extra-large caged lanai, plus many spices, oils, paper towels, hand soap, scrubby, etc. Both bathrooms have toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner, too. Both XL walk-in closets have an ample supply of pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels (and lots of clothes hangers!) We only used 1 bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. There are 2 living rooms, so kids can be in 1 area and adults can have the other. The enclosed lanai with a huge pool (and bar) was the feature we enjoyed the most! Many lounge and seating areas throughout this backyard oasis, before you even get to the dock out back! We saw a manatee with her baby (calf) and spent 45 minutes watching them right under our feet on the dock! Easy area to take our morning walks and friendly neighbors. Great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive are Coconuts on the Beach and Cafe Marguax (must try their Roasted Tomato Bisque - we take out a quart on every visit when in the area). Highly recommend this home!

CoCoa Beach Paradise

The house was exactly as described and the owner was amazing and very accommodating. The pool and outside area was wonderful for those hot afternoons. We enjoyed just hanging out around the house as much as going out to do things in the area. She answered any question we had quickly and gave tips for the area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Great stay! House was very clean and location was a convenient 25 minute drive to our baseball tournament at Space Coast stadium. We saw a manatee in the canal our first night and enjoyed a drink on the back dock. It was too cold to swim while we were there but we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings. The owner even told us about a SpaceX launch during our stay that we got to see from the front yard which was an amazing experience!

Slice of heaven

My wife and I stayed for a week. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, the neighbors are friendly. The house as well as the property are very well maintained. We spent most of our time out back in the pool area. The pool is clean and nice size. The house is stocked with everything you would expect and a few extras too! Can’t wait to go back next year!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful property and host. The home is stunning lots of space and everything you could possibly need. The star of the show according to our nine year old was the swimming pool. I miss waking up and having coffee on the lanai. The dock is a great place to spot the local wildlife. You are incredibly close to everything including some of the best places to eat. We will be returning to the area and i would love to stay again and again.

Peacefull calm retreat

The moment we unlocked the door and stepped in the doorway we felt like we were home, this property has everything you would need to relax and enjoy your stay. Clean, spacious layout, we so enjoyed having a garage and the pool was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, easy access in and out of community, so close to all of the things we love about Space Coast area. Saw 2 rocket launches with amazing view from front yard. Will return!
