Our “Duplex ON THE PARKWAY" Is newly renovated with a very modern touch. Cozy,comfortable and able to house up to 12 guests in our 5 bedroom and a half bathroom two floor layout. We have lots of comfortable seating and three flat screens to keep you entertained during your stay. We are 4 minutes from the Rutland Avenue Subway, and a 24 hour Grocery store on the Corner. We, your hosts live only minutes away from our Triplex. we will be happy to serve you with all your needs and questions.

2024 Family Christmas

Happy with our vacation house in NY. Spacious for our family of 12, the house is spacious, very clean, updated. I would recommend it, and would love to come back in the future. Excellent communication with owner. Very Happy!
